BILATERAL WRIST EXTENSION
HOLD YOUR HANDS TOGETHER AS SHOWN. BEND THE WRIST UNTIL YOU FEEL A STRETCH. HOLD A FEW SECONDS AND REPEAT.
OPEN/CLOSE HAND
OPEN HAND AND FINGERS FULLY. CLOSE HAND AND FINGERS FULLY. REPEAT WITH ARMS IN VARIOUS POSITIONS AS SHOWN . REPEAT SEVERAL TIMES.
WRIST FLEXION
HOLD YOUR WRIST AS SHOWN. BEND THE WRIST UNTIL YOU FEEL A STRETCH. HOLD A FEW SECONDS AND REPEAT.
