REGULAR SEAT PAN DIMENSIONS AND FEATURES:
Our most popular chair, intended to fit 95% of the population. The chair is fully adjustable for a custom fit: back angle, back height, air lumbar, seat height, seat pan depth, seat tilt, arm rest height and width. In addition, the chair is made of energy foam for maximum comfort.

The seat cylinder has a height range of 16" to 21". The seat pan is 20 1/4" wide and 20 1/2" deep; the seat pan can adjust to 23" deep. The arms are kidney shaped and can be adjusted outward to provide an additional 1.5" on either side or the arms can easily be removed. For weight limits up to 250 pounds.

Depending on what your tasks are, the chair is only one component of the ergonomic picture. Sitting back to support your lower back in a seated posture can only happen when your upper extremities are neutral as well.
