PUTTY ROLL
ON TABLE TOP, ROLL PUTTY INTO LONG, THIN TUBE AS SHOWN. REPEAT SEVERAL TIMES AND THEN REPEAT WITH THE OTHER HAND.
FINGER ABDUCTION
PLACE PUTTY BETWEEN FINGERS AS SHOWN. SQUEEZE FINGERS TOGETHER AND HOLD FOR A FEW SECONDS. REPEAT WITH THE OTHER FINGERS AND THEN REPEAT WITH THE OPPOSITE HAND.
FINGER ABDUCTION
LOOP PUTTY AROUND FINGERS AS SHOWN. SEPARATE FINGERS SLOWLY
AND
HOLD FOR A FEW SECONDS. REPEAT WITH THE OPPOSITE HAND.
